My preferred and alternative options: a home with a view of one of Amsteradm's stunning water canals, or around the corner from that view. free from obstructions caused by neighboring properties and the surrounding environment, or at the very least, those obstructions are minimal. Home type and floor are not decisive" while I would prefer a garden with a water view, the upper floor levels could be considered, provided the following criterias are met: pleasant neighbours ( no nuisance ), new construction or well-maintained if it is a historic or old home. All of the above is not a deal breaker, i leave room to unseen opportunities.
